CI is an early-career accelerator. We partner with traditional educators and leading companies to close the skills gap that is leaving entry-level jobs unfilled and half of graduates under-employed.1

Since 2011, our structured outcomes-focused programs combine work- based practical training, class-based seminars and workshops, and hands-on coaching. We equip graduates with the skills, experience and links to employers necessary to launch successful careers in today’s evolving and competitive employment landscape.

3 PROGRAMS

CHOOSE A PROGRAM THAT FITS YOU

We offer 3 program formats. The Global Accelerator Program (GAP) is our flagship cohort-based in-person experience, delivered exclusively in London and New York over 8-weeks in the summer.

The Global Explorer Program (GEP) is our customizable in-person experience. Our Remote Program (RP) is our most flexible and accessible experience, providing the benefits of a structured remote work placement without the logistical and financial overhead associated with travel and relocation. Students may join the GEP and RP in one of 20 global cities for 8-12 weeks year-round.
